For those of you who may not know us, we are The Semples – Roy & Karen, two fiftysomething newlyweds from Northern Ireland – their 18 month old Golden Retriever, Harley and their 11 year old Burstner TStar 695, named Sebo, all of whom are about to embark on a mammoth European tour to kick-off their early retirement.
